We can provide project management services from leadership and design to coordination and administration. We use a mix of PRINCE2 and AGILE models to tailor a structure and routine that hits key milestones but avoids over complication. We can use MS project, Monday.com, a spreadsheet or use something new. Blandina is great at communication and managing teams.

Strategy Development

We do research and run collaborative workshops to capture an appropriate set of values and outcomes. Then we break-it-down, model options and create business plans to help turn strategy to operational realisation. We can also help recruit your foundational talent. We can help lead and focus strategy design or we can host workshops to be more inclusive. Blandina can energise a room and ensures that everyone has a voice.

Support Services

We can help with your secretarial. administration, general labour, graphic design, social media, accounts payable and receivable needs. We are pretty industrious and familiar with good business practices that should be executed within your business or Trust. Blandina can help mentor and support everyone from the governance board to the kaimahi.

Māori Matters

We have experience in Treaty Settlement , PSGE and the management of treaty redress packages. Maybe your Māori Trust has a project, governance or administration need. Are you looking for a Papakāinga strategy? We know the nuances of working with hapuu, iwi and government. Blandina is on her way to being a fluent speaker of Te Reo.

Project Builds

While we don’t have our own engineers, architects or builders - we can help manage your project build and bring together these parties. Blandina has designed and project managed her 3 bedroom off-grid rural home. Working with The Beaumont Company we are currently employed as Project Director and support for He Ahi Industrial Development.

Graphic Design, Website, Media

We can help you with your graphic design needs -as our family has an eclectic group of talent. WE can use off-the-shelf platforms or work with our partners to build something new. We take the time to draw, paint or head-out and get our own source phots and videos. We can also help with your website and social media needs.
