Blandina started Te Wikitoria Diamond Ltd to support her skill sets and the type of work and organisations she wanted to be involved with. She has come from experiences as a logistics, strategy, planning and training leader in the New Zealand Army for 20 years, followed by senior roles in private business for 10 years. She first volunteered her time for Māori organisations and Not-For-Profit, 15 years ago and now this has turned into a major source of projects she now enjoys. She leads a small team that is founded on her strong work commitment and versatility to meet the needs of her clients.
